Overview:
This course is for students who already possess good writing skills but have difficulty writing in-depth technical papers, articles, reports, abstracts, and manuals. Students learn how to decipher and simplify technical information; use various techniques to organize, write, and revise specific technical documents and reports; conduct a reader analysis; and take into consideration editorial and productions costs before the final rewrite.
Objectives:
At the end of the workshop participants should be able to:

- Create the correct graphics to emphasize major points
and simplify reading and understanding
- Write a technical report that contains all eight sections
of a long formal report
- Write a technical report that contains all six sections of
