Overview:
This high-impact seminar is designed for civilians who supervise and work with military personnel. Through greater understanding of general schedule and officer-grade equivalents and the rules and regulations governing both groups including the new civilian personnel system (NSPS), students learn the nuances of supervising and working with a combined civilian and military workforce. Students further learn how to handle conflict between the civilian and military ranks.
Objectives:
At the end of the workshop participants should be able to:
