Two keys to getting what you need in order to excel at work are: (1) prioritizing what's most important and (2) negotiating in order to get it. This workshop is designed to sharpen your skills in both these key areas. You will learn how to decide which of your many goals is most important and how to successfully work with others in order to achieve the most important goals. If you achieve your most important priorities, you're a winner!

At the end of the workshop participants should be able to:
- Assess their workplace needs
- Think positively and realistically
- Arrange the needs list in priority order
- Understand the different styles of negotiation and
when each is appropriate
- Apply the style(s) suitable to them and the situation
