Overview:

This training program is intended for any manager or supervisor who is responsible for providing ongoing coaching and support to employees. Students will develop several competencies, including coaching skill development, on-the-job performance coaching, coaching new employees in learning a new skill or procedure, and aiding employees in identifying problems and generating solutions.

Objectives:
At the end of the workshop participants should be able to:
