Overview:

In today’s fast-paced, forward-thinking workplace, supervisors as well as staff are finding their work relationships suffering due to low, or lack of, emotional intelligence. Without the appropriate focus, their behaviors may become counter-productive. This workshop teaches the participants how to maintain self-discipline and improve their emotional intelligence through self-awareness, self-regulation, self-motivation and self-control.  Also, supervisors and leaders learn proven approaches and best practices for determining, understanding, elevating, and sustaining their organization’s emotional intelligence.

At the end of the workshop participants should be able to:
