Overview:
Do tempers sometimes flare in your workplace? To be human is to experience anger, and the workplace is not immune to this very common emotion. But anger doesn’t have to be destructive. It can actually be an invaluable aid to your organization. In this seminar, participants learn how to recognize the difference between types of anger, covering the spectrum from frustration to rage. They learn how to handle their anger and that of others, how to know when anger is justified and should be expressed, and when it should be suppressed. Used appropriately anger can work for, rather than against, the organization.
Objectives:
At the end of the workshop participants should be able to:
