Overview:
This high-impact seminar is designed for civilians who supervise military personnel. Through greater understanding of general schedule and officer-grade equivalents, you will learn the nuances of supervising a combined civilian and military workforce. You will also gain expert tips on how to handle conflicts between the civilian and military ranks. This seminar is branch-specific and will be tailored to either the army and air force branches or to the navy and marine.
